Once you become a member, you can access the Expert Office Hours from the main menu bar on your Member Dashboard. The Expert hosting the office hour will discuss a Planned Topic for the first 15-20 minutes, then they will open the session to member questions. The Q&A is open to any and all questions members want to ask that Expert. If you are unable to attend the session, you can submit a question via email and watch the recording for your answer. However, there is no guarantee that you question will get answered because priority is given to those in attendance.

Professional clients of our Partner Experts receive Courtesy Membership for their length of their projects. After project completion, clients maintain their Membership through the end of the current month, at that time they can upgrade to a paid Membership to maintain access and benefits.
At the end of your subscription period your membership will automatically renew for the specified length. You can cancel your membership at any time in your membership dashboard and no further payments will be taken. If you cancel your membership within 7 days of your renewal date we will credit you that month’s membership fee. After 7 days, you will not be able to receive a prorated payment, but will have access to your membership for the remainder of the month. Please note that once you cancel, you may not be able to return until the next quarter if the membership has already closed.
